Rand West City Local Municipality is currently in the process of planning new infrastructure between Randfontein and Westonaria. As part of this process an Environmental Authorisation and Water Use License will be required. The Environmental Authorisation was issued to Rand West City Local Municipality and the Water Use License Application is still underway.
